18-Month Limited Warranty Hyangin warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of original purchase.
1. What is Covered?

Screen panel failure (no display, flickering).

Port connection failure.

Hinge or stand mechanism failure under normal use.

Dead pixels exceeding the ISO 13406-2 Class II standard (more than 3 bright/dark pixels).
2. What is NOT Covered?

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or improper installation.

Physical damage to the screen (cracks, scratches) caused by dropping or pressure.

Damage caused by using non-certified power adapters.

Compatibility issues with devices not listed in our compatibility guide.
3. How to Obtain Service To obtain warranty service, please contact us at support@hyangin.com with your Order ID and a description/photo of the issue. Our team will provide troubleshooting steps or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
